    Review your 7-day Observation identifying a 7-day dairy that covers your habits and ways they can be a part of the challenges that we will work together to conquer them.

    Discuss Plan of Action (1 Hour)

    Now that we have a better understanding of your needs, wants and challenges we’ll create a custom plan to remove unneeded habits and replace them with better habits, so you can achieve current and future goals easily.

    Track and Manage Progress (30 Minutes)
